2– Where can I place my manufactured home?

The beauty of manufactured homes is that there are many, many places to place them. You can put them in the country, in a city or the suburbs. However, you can’t put them just anywhere- you must comply with Federal regulations and any imposed by your city or state. If you own land, you can usually place a manufactured home on it. 3– Can I finance the purchase of a manufactured home if I have poor credit?

Quite possibly. You might qualify for a FHA home loan. FHA loans were created by the Federal Housing Administration in 1934 to increase home ownership in America. It is much easier to qualify for this Government home loan than a conventional mortgage because of the lenient loan requirements. FHA loans go through a manual approval process, so the lenders take into account other factors, such has not having outstanding debt, or having been at the same job for a long time, to compensate for poor credit.
