Open and airy
One of the Top 10 Design Trends of 2016 is the trend towards open and airy home layouts. The Nashville captures this perfectly: as soon as you walk in the front door, you are in the great room where there is ample space to put a couch or two and a coffee table. In the back of the room there is a dining room on the left and an open kitchen on the right. Kitchen designed for entertaining
Another Top 10 Design Trend of 2016 is kitchens designed for entertaining. The Nashville’s kitchen was designed with the idea that the host/hostess of a party would like to socialize with their guests while they prepare food, make the drinks, etc. It has a large island in the middle that not only gives the cook increased counter space, but also has stools for guests. They can sit and chat with the host, or the entire island can be converted to a bar for the duration of your party.
Front porch
It’s a little chilly now but when the weather gets nicer, it’s lovely to spend more time outside. The Nashville has a covered front porch that is ideal for having a morning coffee, or even serving late afternoon cocktails and appetizers. If you’re having a dinner party, you can even put a small bar out there and give guests a drink to carry into the party inside. It’s a great way to make people feel at home and to loosen up conversation.
Separate Master bedroom
Nothing is nicer when you have overnight guests than for everyone to have their own personal space. The Nashville has a separate master suite located on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms. It has a large walk in closet and spacious bathroom. We can’t think of a better way to relax after hosting a successful dinner party than to relax in a long, hot bath.
Your guests will also be comfortable on the opposite side of the house. There are two separate bedrooms and a shared bath where they can stay in comfort- perfect for when your children and grandchildren come for a long visit.
Other amenities
The Nashville is part of The River Club, a community located in beautiful Central Tennessee. It has a large pool which you can use for a relaxing swim the morning after your party, or even bring your houseguests to swim and lay in the sun for a lazy afternoon.
